Welcome to my blog. I am not going to tell you what I am doing right now or display all my friends for you as I am sure you have no interest in all of that. But if you love music then we share something in common. As previously mentioned I am writing an ebook called, “How To Write A Hit Novelty Song.” I also cover the history of novelty records and list my personal favorites. For me novelty songs have always been entertaining and I love hearing them. I plan to do some podcast interviews with the artists and producers of many of the classic records. I hope to have these shows up and running within the next few weeks. I would love to hear from you especially if you love novelty songs. I remember hearing the song “Merry Christmas in the NFL” one Christmas years ago. I loved it and hoped to hear it again during Christmas on the radio but never did. For years I would tell my daughter about it and she thought I was nuts because she had never heard of it. I finally found it online a couple of years ago. I love listening to it and my kids love it too! Just wanted to let you know that your song has given us a lot of laughs! Thank you!
